Shipping & Returns

  • Shipping costs are based on weight of product. Orders over $99 ship free.
  • Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days unless contacted otherwise. Please check the descriptions as some items have different processing times, such as preorders.
  • Please do not contact us for a shipping update if it has not been 3 business days since your order was placed.
  • FREE local pickup is available in Dexter OR Cape Girardeau Missouri. Please select the correct pickup location at checkout.
  • Preorder items purchased in combination with NON-preorder items will all ship together when the preorder item has arrived to me.
  • If you wish to receive NON-preorder items before preorder items, they must be purchased as TWO SEPARATE orders with shipping being paid for twice.

Local Pickup:

  • Free local pickup is available at our store in Cape Girardeau, MO and at an additional location in Dexter, MO. You can select your desired pickup location at checkout.
  • Shipping will NOT be refunded if you accidentally select shipping but want to pick up locally. Take your time when checking out and select your preferences carefully.
  • Pick up orders are ready in 2-4 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays.
  • You will receive a text or email notification (you choose at checkout) when your order is fulfilled and ready to be picked up.
  • If you arrive to pick up your order before the notification has been sent we cannot guarantee it will be ready to take with you. We ask that you please respect our time and wait until you receive the notification.
  • Please keep in mind some of the items from your order may be stocked at the opposite location of your desired pickup location. This is why we give ourselves 2-4 days for fulfillment time. Please respect our time, we are getting orders fulfilled as timely as possible.
  • Orders that are not picked up within 3 months of notification will be donated to the Gospel Mission and the customer will not be refunded.
  • Returns are eligible for store credit only. Please note we offer direct exchanges IN-STORE only. If you purchased online and need a different size, you will need to return the item and re-purchase the new size.
  • Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 10 days of receipt of item. They must have no odor, no pet hair, and be in their original condition without rips, tears, or defects. 
  • We must receive your returned item within the 10 day window or we will not be able to accept the return. (Package must be postmarked before 10 day window is up).
  • All items are inspected before shipping, however, if the item is damaged please contact us immediately by filling out the form below. We will not be able to assist with damaged merchandise past 3 days of receipt.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, items are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Original shipping cost is forfeited and will not be returned to customer.
  • We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If we do not, it is your responsibility to file a claim and work with postal service to find items.
  • All jewelry, undergarments (bralettes, camis, etc), and swim wear items are NOT eligible for return, or  exchange, they are FINAL SALE
  • Items bought from a site-wide/in-store sale are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange or return.
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange or return.
  • Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
